Before this, I built and led communications functions for rapidly-scaling, founder-led technology businesses. That same steadiness under pressure, the ability to see clearly when everything feels urgent, is what I now bring to individuals navigating their own crossroads.

I went through my own major shift during Covid, moving into fractional and portfolio working, and now support professionals navigating the same kind of inflection point. I help identify purpose, consolidate direction, and clarify positioning, whether that's independence, a fractional portfolio, or a different kind of role.
