I bring an unusual combination: agency co-founder, coach, and senior client who appointed and oversaw around £10m in agency spend. Advisory for in-house communications teams: Sometimes the team isn't delivering and it's not immediately clear why. I work with founders and senior leaders who need an objective view of their communications function: whether that's right-sizing the team, reviewing agency relationships, clarifying roles, or rebuilding confidence in the function altogether. I bring the same client-side perspective that comes from building and leading in-house teams, and from the other side of the table, appointing and managing agencies. As hands-on and as team-facing as the situation requires.
