Organisational Change
WHAT THIS COVERS. Team restructures, leadership transitions, cultural change programmes, and the communications that hold them together. This is where my communications and coaching work most naturally blend. Change that isn't communicated well rarely lands, and change that isn't led well rarely sticks.
WHO THIS IS FOR. Founders and leadership teams managing significant internal change, whether that's growth, restructuring, or a shift in how the business operates. Often the challenge is less about what to communicate and more about how to bring people with you.
HOW TO WORK WITH ME. Usually a defined programme of work, with regular rolling cross team interaction.

Crisis & Special Projects
WHAT THIS COVERS. Immediate support for reputational challenges, unexpected incidents, or communications that need to be right and need to be fast. This also covers special projects that require rapid, senior-level response: change of ownership, CEO departure, sudden leadership transitions, or other situations where the stakes are high and the timeline is short. Preparation and scenario planning when there isn't yet a crisis but you'd rather be ready.
HOW TO WORK WITH ME. Retained crisis support is available for organisations who want senior counsel on standby. Ad hoc support is also available.
